Within this role your main responsibilities will include: Managing the delivery of a high-quality ground’s maintenance and cleaning service Leading and motivating a team Developing policies and procedures Co-ordinating with other teams and external partners to ensure a seamless service is delivered. What we are looking for Our successful candidate will have the following skills and experience: Experience in the management of a team of operatives Experience in the delivery of a programme of toolbox talks Experience of ensuring compliance with safe systems of work Experience of working within a customer focused environment. You will enjoy the challenge of a dynamic working environment where priorities can change at short notice but will be used to managing a large team of operatives that deliver a high quality customer focused service.
