What you’ll do: As Senior Recruitment Advisor for Robertson Facilities Management, you will operate as part of a dedicated HR Team to deliver a high quality Recruitment Function across all business areas for a large Facilities Management company, delivering services to private, public, and third sector clients across the UK. Key responsibilities: Lead recruitment function to coordinate activity across RFM, identifying trends, priorities, and key challenges to ensure that workload is well balanced Manage end-to-end recruitment process for vacancies, managing the process through interview to offer stage and beyond with support from the team Regular reporting to People Partners and liaise with wider RFM HR team to ensure knowledge sharing takes place. Lead in providing timely and accurate data and insights including monthly MI reports, building dashboards and working with HR data analysts to add value to our proposition Line management and conduct annual Performance Development Reviews of Recruitment Administrator Manage the end-to-end recruitment administration function for the RFM HR team, ensuring a positive candidate experience is delivered and monitored, whilst ensuring that relevant safeguarding standards are met at all times Manage and track advertising, agency, and tools spend across the recruitment teams Upskill, coach, and advise hiring managers on effective sourcing methods for vacancies and keep abreast of current and future market trends and employment legislation, including delivering training workshops. Assist in conducting interviews where necessary Attend Career Fairs/Employer Events at Schools/Colleges/Universities and deliver company presentations to relevant groups Develop and expand use of LinkedIn and other suitable social media platforms for resourcing purposes by creating candidate target lists Perform headhunting function where required/direct approach Plan, lead and deliver any resourcing strategies and project-based work Ensure a full understanding of Safeguarding policies and practice ensuring full compliance and best practice through all recruitment activity Who we’re looking for: To be successful in your application, you will have previous experience in a similar role, with excellent attention to detail, planning, and prioritisation skills. You will have thorough knowledge of relevant legislative requirements in relation to recruitment including Right to Work. You will be committed to delivery of a high-quality recruitment function with a focus on candidate and hiring manager experience. In addition, you will have; Strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle in a large organisation Team management experience in a similar sized recruitment function Good standard of inter-personal and communication skills is essential as the post holder will be required to communicate at all levels. Ability to deal with people in a tactful and friendly manner Good team player and effective in building positive working relationships Excellent organisation skills Demonstrable experience of candidate resourcing Experience using all relevant software packages including E-mail, Word and Excel Strong data collation and reporting skills Ability to apply solutions to problems of moderate complexity that require ingenuity, creativity and innovation Able to present to large groups (i.e. to students at schools, colleges, universities) Enthusiastic and passionate about Recruitment Flexible approach to hours required as some recruitment events take place out with normal working hours Valid UK driving licence Who we’re looking for: People are at the heart of everything we do and achieve at Robertson.
