Job Title: Children's Home Registered Manager
Location: Barnsley
Salary: £41,600 per annum, potential to earn up to £44,800 through Ofsted and Occupancy bonuses
Working Hours: 39 hours per week
Number of Sleeps Required: As required
Pay Per Sleep: £25 weekday, £35 weekend
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: Young People (YPs)
Home: 2-bed home
Qualifications Required: Relevant Diploma Level 5 or equivalent, or willingness to work towards it
Experience in Years: Previous experience managing a team and working with young people in a care setting
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
Who we are looking for…
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Children's Home Registered Manager to manage a 2-bed home for young people. You will need to demonstrate leadership, compassion, and dedication in providing the highest quality care, managing a team effectively, and ensuring positive outcomes for the young people in your care. A good knowledge of child protection, safeguarding procedures, and familiarity with the needs of vulnerable individuals are essential.
