We are looking for positive, commercially focused, forward-thinking people with excellent ICT skills to become a part of our busy Building Control team. You must be registered with the Building Safety Regulator as a minimum Class 2A surveyor and have experience of dealing with a range of domestic construction projects including new build dwellings, together with a confident understanding of current Building Regulations, construction practice and procedures. The role is designated as flexible and mobile and will require the successful applicants to be able to work from their home. Key Responsibilities: -The post holder will be required to undertake licensed building regulation activities commensurate with a Class 2A Building Control Surveyor and to work without supervision. - Ensure adherence to the Building Act, Building Regulations, and directives from the Building Safety Regulator.
