Salary: £39,900.00 to £49,900.00 (National) £45,000.00 to £56,300.00 (London) dependent on your location, skills, knowledge and experience
Location: Birmingham, Manchester or London - This role is centre-based and involves occasional travel

Join The King’s Trust and lead a nationwide team to ensure our centres are safe, efficient, and inspiring spaces for staff, volunteers, and young people. As Head of Centre Management, you'll drive operational excellence, lead national projects, and play a pivotal role in transforming environments that empower young people to thrive.
What you will do:
* Oversee the management of 11 centres and additional delivery spaces across the UK, ensuring safe, engaging, and efficient operations.
* Lead refurbishment projects, new openings, and closures, in line with our Property Strategy.
* Inspire and develop a high-performing team of 7 Centre Managers, fostering collaboration and innovation.
* Manage budgets, contracts, and facilities to deliver excellence across all sites.
What we’re looking for:
* Expertise in facilities management, Health & Safety, and building compliance.
* Strong leadership experience managing geographically dispersed teams.
* A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
* Proven experience in building strong working relationships with key stakeholders at a senior level.
