Getout what you putin
We are lookingfor a HR Assistant to join our friendly, hardworking and dedicatedteam, based at our beautiful location in Lupton. You will supportour Children’s Homes, Schools, Clinical Teams and Group with theironboarding of new starters and be responsible for day to day HRadministration and employee records.
You willalso deal with all administration queries relating to your filesand work closely alongside department managers to ensurecompliance. Meanwhile, you will also make sure that our staff arerecruited in line with safer recruitment practices and onboarding,which is crucial to the safeguarding of our children and youngpeople.
