In this role, you will oversee key configurations, including objects, workflows, and security settings, ensuring that the platform is optimized, secure, and aligned with industry best practices. You will play a central role in supporting users through troubleshooting, training, and documentation to drive system proficiency and adoption. Additionally, you will lead data management efforts, ensuring data accuracy, developing dashboards and reports, and implementing workflow optimizations to enhance productivity.
