Fast paced, really important position to a leading brand. You will have a set of customers to support, and will be crucial to the operations of the company in your region.
It's a mix of administration, sales support, customer service, account management, and it is best suited to somebody highly organised who enjoys speaking with people on the phone (40 calls a day). You will first point of contact with external customers and responsible for delivering an excellent level of customer service. The ability to communicate effectively, show understanding, solve problems and manage a variety of scenarios and requirements will ensure no day is the same.
This role will appeal to a highly motivated, well organised person with a can-do attitude and genuine desire to help and provide solutions.
Ideal candidate profile:
Excellent existing (phone-based) customer service skills, calm, collected and professional
Experience with Microsoft office, so adept at using outlook and word, and some basic excel understanding.
Able to get to Harlow for a 3 month probation period before hybrid working kicks in
High attention detail, organised, quick learner
Happy working in a fast paced, and varied CS role
