The Opportunity:
Salary: £24,000 – £25,500 per annum (based on experience)
Hours: 35 hours per week (full-time)
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Harrow (Pinner Green)
We are looking for a Team Leader who shares our commitment to these values and is eager to make a lasting impact in our community. As a Team Leader, you'll be instrumental in delivering our Together and Youth Connex Services, ensuring that our clients receive the care, support, and opportunities they deserve. You will lead and inspire a dedicated team of Support Workers, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and support.
What you'll be doing:
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of our services, ensuring quality and efficiency.
2. Provide supervision, guidance, and mentorship to your team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
3. Conduct thorough risk assessments and create tailored care plans for our clients.
4. Design and implement engaging recreational and educational activities that cater to the unique needs and interests of our clients.
5. Maintain open communication with parents/guardians, offering regular updates on client progress and development.
About You:
1. You have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in supporting adults or children with autism, mental health challenges, learning disabilities, or behaviours that challenge.
2. You are a natural leader with excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills.
3. You are compassionate, patient, and dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of those you support.
4. You are able to commute to Harrow and are committed to being an active and engaged member of our team.
