POSITION
OVERVIEW
We have an exciting opportunity for a
dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within the
Housekeeping as a Room Attendant. We have both part time and full time positions available.
Our Room Attendants are responsible
for ensuring rooms are serviced to an excellent standard, assisting with the
servicing of public areas, preparing room attendants’ trolleys, and to assist
with any guest requests or queries. In this role, a candidate should be
enthusiastic and initiative-taking to assist with the smooth and efficient
running of hotel operations. Attention to even the smallest of details, a focus
on customer care and delighting guests, and excellent work ethic are essential.
ENTRY
REQUIREMENTS
* Relevant
experience in a five-star property is desirable
* Excellent
customer service skills, with an eye for fine details
* Possess the
ability to work under pressure and have the ability to prioritise
* Good command
of the English language
* Display a
polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
