Our client is seeking an experienced PA/Administrator who will ideally have construction industry experience to a join their small, friendly team.
* Up to £30,000

Your job will be varied one and will involve;
* Appointment and diary management for Managing Director
* Management of Managing Director's emails and post
* Ad-hoc duties for MD, including running errands and ordering items
* Assisting with general admin duties
* Assisting current bookkeeper with duties
The successful person will have;
* Previous experience in a similar role is essential
* Experience of working in the construction sector is ideal
* Good written and spoken English
* Strong organisational skills
* Good IT skills and experience using Microsoft products
What you can expect;
* Based in Horley
* £26,000 - £30,000
* Monday – Friday
