About the Role
Base Location: Perth or Reading preferred | We're proud to offer a Flexible First approach to work, and this role is no exception. We will, however, need your base 'home' location to be one of our SSEN offices or depots around the UK.
Salary: £33,063 - £38,404 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.
Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available.
SSEN's Future Networks team develop and deliver innovation projects with a focus on Net Zero.
As a project co-ordinator, you will:
* Ensure compliance with governance processes by documenting projects.
* Support projects by co-ordinating procurement, payment, and expenditure reporting.
* Improve and document processes to simplify work.
* Organise team and steering group meetings, holidays, safety equipment, training, and authorisations.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
* Experience in procurement, ideally within a regulated environment.
* Accounting and financial reporting skills - you'll have excellent numeracy and Excel competency.
* ERP system user skills - ideally, iBuy, Harmony, and LMS skills or demonstrable relevant equivalent experience.
* Excellent co-ordination, organisation and prioritisation skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Microsoft Office, and general IT skills, ideally including Sharepoint and Power Platform.
