Home-based with travel
Associate rates: up to £70/hour depending on experience

Overview:
Compass Associates is working with a well-established, national provider of case management and Expert Witness services, to recruit Experienced Case Managers across the UK.
Opportunities are available in both the Catastrophic Injuries and Rehabilitation/Multi-Track Divisions, depending on your clinical experience and specialism. You will manage a caseload of children and/or adults with complex rehabilitation needs or life-changing injuries due to traumatic or acquired brain injuries, clinical negligence, birth trauma, spinal cord injuries, or orthopaedic injuries.
This is a home-based role involving travel to visit clients, families, solicitors, and care teams within your geographical area. For minor injury cases, assessments may be completed over the phone or via video call.
Contracts Available:
Both Employed and Associate contracts are available, with a minimum of 3 days/week required.
Salaries/Rates (dependent on experience):
* Associate Case Managers: up to £70/hour
* Experience working as a Case Manager within an NHS Spinal Centre or in the medico-legal/case management sector
* Experience with clients (adults or children) with complex injuries including multi-trauma, orthopaedic injuries, or catastrophic brain/spinal injuries
* Qualified Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Speech & Language Therapist, Social Worker, Sports Therapist, or Social Worker
* Current registration with HCPC, SWE, or NMC
* UK driving license and own car
Location:
Home-based with travel to client locations, which are within approximately 2 hours of your home, depending on your location, specialization, and referrals.

Interview Process:
Two-stage process:
* Informal phone/Teams call with the Managing Director or Operations Manager
* Formal interview with two Operations Managers, including competency questions and a case study
