What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Recruitment Marketing: Write engaging job adverts, create client proposals, and support other marketing activities.
2. Social Media & Online Branding: Use your creativity to craft content that grows our online presence and engages our talent network – we’re open to new ideas!
3. Candidate Engagement: Search for candidates, craft personalised outreach messages, and schedule introductory calls with our expert recruiters.
4. Administrative Support: Format CVs, update our CRM with candidate interactions, and help organise recruitment activities.

Who We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a graduate or early-career professional with a genuine interest in marketing or recruitment. You’ll have strong written communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to pick things up quickly in a fast-paced start-up environment.
You’ll be organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks. Experience with LinkedIn, social media management, or content creation is a bonus—but not essential. While this isn’t a phone-based role, good verbal communication will help you thrive in our collaborative team.
