They work in one of London's most dynamic and exciting markets, handling some amazing spaces for fantastic clients. They are expanding, and looking to grow their multi-award winning agency team - building on their reputation as one of the most active firms operating across the city fringe and Greater London. The role will be primarily offices focused, assisting with leading and developing their core landlord portfolio leasing work, with potential opportunity to assist with flex and tenant rep.
WHO IS OUR CLIENT?
Our client is a leading, independent firm of property advisors with expertise across a wide range of commercial and residential property, giving advice to buyers, owners, occupiers, investors, developers and more. Their core teams cover agency, asset management, valuation and advisory services. They operate throughout London and the Home Counties with a team of over 100, while their property management business covers the whole of the UK.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
1. Lettings: Manage and drive our core office leasing work including for support on flex and tenant rep work across our core patch of the city fringe belt.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and occupiers, offering expert advice and guidance to ensure successful transactions.
3. Negotiation: Lead negotiations on lease agreements and potential re-gears and lease renewals, ensuring the best outcomes for clients.
4. Market Research & Strategy: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity, advising clients on pricing, strategy, and positioning of their instructions in the market.
5. Team Leadership & Mentoring: Support junior staff, offering guidance and leadership to develop their skills and grow the team.
6. Business Development: Actively identify new business opportunities, including sourcing new clients and listings through networking and industry contacts.
7. Marketing & Presentation: In conjunction with the marketing and agency support teams, oversee the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
8. Contract Management: Ensure the smooth processing of contracts and transactions, attending and leading on client marketing meetings and liaison; and working closely with legal and administrative teams.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SELECTED?
1. 3 + years' experience within an office agency role
2. Competent IT skills and Microsoft products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
3. Proficient and experienced in Agent Society reporting/scheduling and Kato software
4. The ability to communicate well by phone, email and face to face.
5. Bright, outgoing personality.
6. Well organised with the ability to prioritise multiple projects.
7. Self-motivated.
8. Good attention to detail.
9. A team player and the ability to communicate well with staff across all of the agency teams.
