This client is a well-established legal business within Liverpool. They are looking for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their Liverpool office for 3 months.
Job Description
As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will:
* Handling inbound calls & emails from a customer base
* Providing assistance and guidance to the customer
* Processing information and updating CRM system
* Creating cases on the system for the teams to assist the customer
* Liaising with internal teams to better assist the customer
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role:
* A strong background in customer service, particularly within a telephony based role
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in using computer systems for order processing.
* A knack for problem-solving and conflict resolution.
* The ability to work well in a team.
* Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
