In this role you will add value to PXP by:
You will be instrumental in driving PXP’s revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise clients. This high-impact role focuses on identifying opportunities, delivering innovative solutions, and ensuring sustainable growth aligned with the company’s objectives.
A typical week as a Growth Director - Enterprise might involve:
* Developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy for the enterprise segment to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new business opportunities within the enterprise market.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective enterprise clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with PXP’s solutions.
* Leading negotiations and closing of high-value deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
* Collaborating with internal teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to deliver seamless customer experiences.
* Conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies and identify emerging opportunities.
* Representing PXP at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build the company’s profile and expand its reach.
We are looking for someone who:
* Has a proven track record in sales or business development, preferably within the payments or fintech industry.
* Demonstrates exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Is highly motivated and results-driven, with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Possesses excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders.
* Is strategic and analytical, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales plans.
* Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to change.
We would love someone to have any of the following:
* Experience closing large, complex deals with enterprise clients.
* Knowledge of payment processing, acquiring, or related financial services solutions.
* A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
* Additional language skills.
