What you'll be doing
We're looking for an innovative and versatile Creative and Design Manager. Reporting directly to the Director of Brand, you'll dream up and bring uniquely On the Beach ideas to life, defining look, feel and messaging for campaigns, promotions, propositions, and marketing channel activation. You’ll think beyond the job at hand, adding ideas to the melting pot of OTB creative output, adding swagger to our marketing comms as we continue to stand apart from the hum drum plethora of package holiday brands (yawn).
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate closely with the Brand and Campaigns team to create distinctive and compelling assets for all OTB assets and across all customer facing assets.
* Generate creative concepts quickly and autonomously, responding proactively to marketing needs and opportunities. Playing a key role in our daily editorial meetings to make sure we’re the first brand to react to emerging opportunities.
* Oversee the design team's development of creative concepts into high-quality assets suitable for digital channels (web, email, social media) and offline executions (print, OOH, internal communications and beyond).
* Provide creative direction and execution on broader marketing initiatives, including new perks, PR activations, and large-scale events.
* Act as a versatile, hands-on manager able to pivot across a diverse array of creative tasks and projects as required. No two days will be the same.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience leading a creative/design team, ideally within a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment. Could be within a brand or agency side.
* Exceptional creative thinking, with a portfolio demonstrating a versatile range of projects from digital asset creation to large-scale event activations.
* Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
* Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, adept at working seamlessly with campaign teams, writers, CRM, social, product & tech teams, partnership, and PR teams.
* Excellent project management and organizational abilities, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality creative outputs.

Ways of working
Our full time hours are 37.5 per week, but we don't have rigid working hours so you can find the working pattern that's right for you. We have core working hours between 10am - 4pm, so we can collaborate and enjoy the social side of work.
We also have hybrid working so we all work from home and from our Aeroworks office in Manchester City Centre. As a team we are in the office 2 days per week (Usually Tuesday & Wednesday).
