Account Director delivering collaborative, insight driven, impactful creative for the third sector.

Here’s the low-down on the role.
You’ll be working alongside the Account and Creative teams – making sure that client projects are delivered on time.
* Managing the day-to-day administration of client accounts, including timing plans, estimates and client meeting contact notes.
* Developing individual project resource plans to deliver work, building in client deadlines and sign off procedures.
* Trafficking work efficiently through the agency to ensure punctual delivery.
* Running daily status meetings to update team on project status to ensure that the team (and external freelance resource) know which projects they are due to work on and what the delivery expectations are for that current day and week ahead.
* Identifying the need for freelance resources, booking and scheduling resource at the right skillset and experience level, and within the freelance budget.
* Checking on the progress of projects and communicating with others as necessary to ensure deadlines are met.
* Revise and juggle schedules as required to account for resource availability, changes to briefs or priorities – e.g. an urgent unplanned work requirement, pitches.
* Support the Account team in sourcing information, double proofing and checking creative work and acting as a secondary contact to clients.

* Good at multi-tasking, managing multiple projects.
* Flexible and able to solve problems.
* A curious mind that looks for and learns from new information or experiences.
* Knowledge of Trello and Microsoft Teams would be an advantage.
