Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Programme Manager to support and coordinate the delivery of apprenticeship programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure accurate records of learner information, including administration and data monitoring activities.
* Collaborate with tutors to guarantee timely completion of reviews.
* Maintain up-to-date tracking of enrolment, registration, and exam claims.
* Liaise with the End Point Assessment Coordinator to confirm activity progression.
* Schedule and coordinate internal verification processes for quality assurance.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably with data reporting duties.
* A strong foundation in English, Maths, and Business Administration qualifications or equivalent is essential.
* The ability to work methodically and maintain organisation in a fast-paced environment.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
