We are looking for a full-time Lead Makeup Artist to join our fabulous team at Selfridges Exchange Square!

* Provide expert application of Pat McGrath Lab cosmetics from everyday looks to special events.
* With training provided, maintain specialised product knowledge and reinforce the Pat McGrath application techniques with your team.
* Share your knowledge to provide our customers with exceptional and personalised service.
* Work as part of a team focused on creating a memorable customer experience, understanding there is more to the customer experience than just selling.
* Manage customer feedback to continually raise the bar for service, sales and retail standards in your area.
* Adapt to the challenges that vary from day to day; may be required to work in different departments.
* Stay ahead of the latest trends by expanding your knowledge of products and competitors.
* Understand and follow health, safety and security procedures, and help prevent stock loss.
A bit about you
* Experienced Makeup Artist with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
* Comprehensive knowledge of current beauty trends and latest products.
* A great communicator, able to positively engage with all types of customers (domestic and international).
* Develop excellent product knowledge by following trends and being aware of competitor activity, along with participating in supplier training.
* Sales and service expert, delivering extraordinary service and providing additional services where appropriate.
* Flexible and responsive to business needs, comfortable taking responsibility for tasks beyond role expectations.
* A trusted and respected colleague, exemplifying our values.
