Challenge-trg are currently looking for a strong Administrator to work in their busy Recruitment office in Wigan.
Job Role
You will provide a vital link between clients and candidates. The role is demanding and diverse and involves:
1. Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates, employers, and the teaching community.
2. Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews, and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client.
3. Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client.
4. Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job.
5. Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants.
6. Providing exceptional, consistent customer service to clients and colleagues, being prepared to go above and beyond.
7. Proactively sourcing new candidates by placing adverts on a range of job boards, contacting university providers and arranging open days.
8. Proactively chasing references.
9. Receiving and effectively managing job applications, pre-screening candidates, conducting face to face interviews, CV writing and actively sourcing suitable positions for individual candidates that match their needs.
Successful candidates will need:
1. Experience of all Microsoft packages
2. SharePoint experience
3. Strong communication skills
4. Effective interpersonal skills
5. Ambition and determination to succeed
6. Result orientated
7. Problem solving and tenacity to cope well under pressure
8. Ability to handle multiple priorities
9. Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
10. Proven experience of working with clients and delivering on expectations
11. Substantial experience of working in a customer service environment, ideally in transport and logistics but not essential
