The Role
My client is looking to expand their Re-mortgage Team in Leeds. The role will involve owning a personal caseload to oversee cases from start to finish, undertaking complex aspects of the re-mortgage process and ensuring legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Responsibility for managing a large case load of re-mortgage files
2. Monitor and deliver fully against personal targets
3. Independently establish priorities and manage deadlines, ensuring that all files are progressed in a timely manner
4. Responsible for dealing with complex aspects of the re-mortgage transaction
5. Overall responsibility for files from opening through to completion with administrative support
6. Provide an exceptional service both to the client but also to introducers and associates
7. Deal with complex enquiries
8. Recognise potential risks and resolve issues without putting the client or business at risk
9. Responsibility to ensure that all allocated files are maintained in good order in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and in accordance with regulatory and statutory requirements
10. Ensure detailed telephone notes are maintained throughout transactions and dealing with emails and telephone calls in a timely manner
11. Ensure that all files are billed correctly with the appropriate fees and on completion funds are sent to the correct place
12. Provide support and coaching to Trainee Case Managers
13. Optimise the client experience through use of our conveyancing systems and technology
14. Suggest improvements to current policies and procedures
15. Comply with company policy at all times
16. Any other duties as required by the business

The Person
23. I’m looking for a skilled Case Manager with preferably around 2+ years’ previous experience.
24. An Enthusiastic team-player and natural self-starter able to work on own initiative.
25. The Ability to deliver a high level of customer service.
26. Strong attention to detail and verbal and numerical skills.
