Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a skilled Gardener to work on our contract based in Telford. We are looking for someone to undertake gardening duties to improve all horticultural aspects of the greenery on multiple sites. You will ensure all activities are undertaken in full accordance with the company’s Health & Safety procedures guidelines. This is a permanent full-time position with a total of 37 working hours per week.

Are you who we are looking for?
1. Ability to work to a very high standard without the need for supervision.
2. Demonstrable ability to interpret verbal and written instructions in a manner that facilitates effective working.
3. Excellent and proven communications skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and interface with a diverse range of people including Parks users, visitors, Friends of Groups, and all other stakeholders.
4. Good understanding of Health and Safety at work policy and practice.
5. Flexibility in relation to shift patterns are necessary to for the role
6. Proven ability to deliver practical horticultural job (desirable)
7. Dependable and conscientious.
8. Demonstrable ability to work as a member of a team or on your own
9. Capable of dealing with both routine and all non-routine matters.
10. Pays attention to detail, particularly about recording of information to be used for daily tasks.
11. A full valid UK driving licence is essential for the role
