You will share our values, commitment, and motivation to make a difference for our residents, clients, and communities. About the role This is predominantly a support role for the Officer and Operational Teams, answering queries as first point of contact, transferring or signposting the customer to colleagues or external sources where appropriate, this may be by telephone, e-mail or through our workflow software system. You will be raising requisitions via the finance system and progressing through to payments as well as other general administration duties. About you We are looking for a flexible team player who is able to multi-task and work at pace. Attention to detail will be key and there is a need for experience in using Microsoft Office including the ability to use Word, Outlook and Excel. You will have good communication skills; both written and verbal.
