Our client is a very well-established Wealth Management company who were established in 2009 and have exciting growth plans. They work with high net- worth clients and plans. Now looking for a bright and proactive individual who has worked within Financial Services/Wealth Management and looking for the next step in their career.
The successful individual will work alongside the Chartered Financial Planners and support the team in processing new business and the management of existing clients. You will have regular contact with clients and wrap/platform providers. The role will be busy and interesting and you will be based within a supportive and friendly team.
The Duties:
* Supporting the Financial Planners and Paraplanners with financial administration
* Receiving and acting on instructions from advisers and paraplanners following client meetings
* Creating and producing letters, reports and invoices
* Responsible for co-ordinating client meetings and diary management
* Managing client records using internal systems
* Dealing with a high level of confidential information
* Preparation of existing client valuations/files ready for review
* Managing client files and updating accordingly – ensuring compliance is adhered to
* Obtaining illustrations and gathering product information from providers
* Typing client correspondence and reports
* Information gathering
* Chasing up overdue documents from clients and providers
* Process of new business
* Preparation of client valuations
* Ensuring that all client files are compliant on an ongoing basis
Experience required:
* Experience of working within Financial Services or Wealth Management
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience of in-house systems including Wrap/Platform providers
* Keen interest in Financial Services
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to work in a team

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
* Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
* Experience in financial services industry preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
* Strong organizational skills to handle multiple financial planning tasks
* Experience in report writing and data analysis is a plus
