We are seeking a Tender & Procurement Coordinator to join our Partnerships Team based at our Newcastle head office.
Responsibilities:
* Leading on the Tender & Procurement process and drafting high quality bids to a deadline.
* Building strong relationships with our partners and new commissioners.
* Managing commissioner referees for Tender & Procurement applications.
* Drafting, submitting and tracking the success of all bids and EOIs (Expressions of Interests).
* Tracking the renewal or resubmission deadlines of agreements to prevent breaks in service.
* Providing accurate data required for monthly meetings.
* Strategically identifying new procurement opportunities.
* Submitting FOI requests to gain intelligence on Procurement trends and requirements, including competitor analysis.
* Line managing the Partnerships Administrator to ensure new business enquiries are handled with care and administrative processes are followed.
* Connecting with all departments across Nudge to ensure accurate information is being provided.
* Providing new business consultations when required.
* Attending Procurement meetings and events.
Requirements:
* Demonstrates best practice and upholds the values of the organisation at all times.
* Uses designated systems to record and report on activities within set timescales.
* Follows appropriate channels of communication.
* Communicates regularly with the Regional Lead.
* Is present with Practitioners, both online and in-person.
* Accurately reports key data as requested

Key details of the role:
* Salary: £25,000-£35,000
* Location: Newcastle
* Hours of work: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
* Contract duration: Permanent (subject to passing 6 month probation period)
* Reporting to: Director of Partnerships
* Responsible for: Partnerships Administrator
