Role Description:
As a Long-Term MFL Teacher, you will teach German and French to Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) students. Your responsibilities will include:
* Planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of all learners.
* Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that motivates students to succeed.
* Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
* Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the overall success of the MFL department.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Experience teaching German and French at KS3 and KS4 levels.
* Strong subject knowledge with a passion for languages and culture.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to delivering high-quality education and fostering a love for language learning.
