Job Description Job Title – Client Manager Contract – Permanent Salary – DOE Location – Edinburgh/Glasgow Purpose of the Role Client Service is paramount to this client; therefore, they are seeking Client Manager to join their established team to build key client relationships and offer a second to none insurance advisory service across all areas of commercial insurance. Principal Responsibilities Working with an established portfolio of key clients. Offering a tailored insurance and risk management service to commercial insurance clients. Liase with broking support teams, claims team, risk managers and all associated parties to provide a bespoke approach to their insurance requirements. Maintain and add to existing revenue stream from an existing portfolio of clients. Exceed client expectations by proving a first-class, all-round broking service. Experience ACII or equivalent preferred but not essential. Track record of client management within the commercial insurance broking arena. Experience of working with larger commercial or corporate client portfolios. Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. Acturis experience would be helpful.
