Job Title: Property Consultant / Sales Valuer
Location: Whitburn
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm, with alternate Saturdays 9 am - 1 pm. Additional hours may be required to meet client needs.
Salary: £25,000 base + attractive commission package (OTE £50,000 - £60,000)
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly skilled and motivated Property Consultant / Sales Valuer to join our growing team. With at least three years of estate agency experience and a proven sales track record, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping clients see the premium value of our services. This position requires a confident, driven professional with exceptional negotiation skills, a proactive approach to lead generation, and the ability to consistently exceed monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Convert Leads into Listings: Use your persuasive skills to transform leads into active property listings.
* Lead Generation & Marketing: Create engaging social media content, manage leaflet distribution, and stay connected with the Bridges database.
* Appointment Management: Organise your diary to maximise client interactions and time efficiency.
* Valuations & Consistency: Conduct accurate property valuations while following the Bridges valuation process.
* Client Onboarding: Assist clients in their journey by handing them off seamlessly to the Sales Negotiator.
* Relationship Building: Maintain positive, ongoing relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
* Performance Tracking: Regularly update and monitor lead and sales trackers for accurate reporting.
* Team Support: Provide assistance to colleagues and step in for backfill roles when necessary.
* Personal Brand Development: Establish a personal brand within Bridges Properties to enhance visibility and reputation.

* Required: Use of your own car (mileage reimbursed at £0.45 per mile)
