We are looking for a Client Services Executive to play a key role in mentoring team members, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless service delivery. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to support both clients and the wider Client Services team. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and process client quotations and instructions in line with company SLAs. Act as a senior point of contact, providing guidance and mentorship to other team members. Manage client communications via phone and email, promoting services and ensuring satisfaction. Schedule and coordinate client appointments and access arrangements. Maintain and update the company database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Oversee inbox management to ensure timely responses and SLA compliance. Provide high-level customer service, reinforcing the companys professional reputation. Assist other departments as needed, ensuring operational continuity. Analyse and contribute to reports on client services performance and progress. Support and develop marketing and promotional activities to enhance company growth. Take ownership of key projects and administrative functions as required. Ensure the team meets and exceeds targets and deadlines set by management. What Were Looking For: Proven experience in a client services, senior administrative, or mentorship role. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. High attention to detail with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
