About the Role As a German-Speaking Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for enterprise-level customers, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing satisfaction with technical solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to anticipate and address customer needs while fostering strong, strategic relationships. Key Responsibilities Build and nurture relationships with customer stakeholders and technical teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery. Understand customer business objectives, identify needs, and develop plans to meet both customer-specific and industry-wide goals. Facilitate discussions that align customer priorities with solution capabilities to establish long-term strategies for effective implementation. Develop and execute a portfolio of activities that align with customer priorities and solutions. Provide actionable insights based on customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and contribute to account planning. Lead and oversee solution delivery while securing necessary resources to meet commitments. To be successfull in this role you will need: Significant experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Consulting, Sales, or Solution/Sales Engineering. Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or Gainsight. Fluency in German. Bachelor’s degree. Willingness to travel up to 25% for client engagements. Previous experience in a Customer Success Manager role. Background in Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Tech or SaaS industries. Familiarity with enterprise SaaS and IoT products.
