Engineering Supervisor / Lead Engineer / Engineering Team Leader / Service & Quality Manager required to join a global manufacturer based in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.
This position will be working within the Service & Quality department, where youll provide a proactive, effective, and efficient technical service and customer complaint root cause analysis function.
This position would suit someone who has an engineering background with experience applying root cause analysis to provide engineering, service support, handle complaints and to determine product failure & provide aftersales technical support. Its a varied role incorporating customer interaction, root cause analysis, quality control, servicing and quoting.
Engineering management experience with a root cause analysis background would be preferred, however we would be particularly interested in speaking with Quality Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Process engineers looking to make a move into a management position.
