Full time, 6 Month Fixed Term Contract
We have an opportunity at our Barnsley site for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR department on a fixed term basis. The Recruitment Coordinator will lead a small recruitment team to deliver all aspects of peak recruitment in an engaging and collaborative way to create capability and overall delivery of the Peak season.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a busy HR or Recruitment Team and will be required to undertake the following:
* Liaise with Senior HR BP regarding recruitment requirements.
* Write and post job adverts and arrange the appropriate marketing.
* Screen applications, contact applicants and conduct interviews.
* Ensure appropriate Right to work checks are carried out and new starter paperwork is issued.
* Work closely with the rest of the HR and Training team to ensure recruitment requirements are met.
* Production of weekly KPI’s to track overall performance.
What we need from you:
* Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting to groups.
* IT literate – Word and Excel essential.
* Ability to give and receive feedback.
* Ability to analyse data and review trends.
* Flexible to work non-standard hours if required.
