The post holder will report directly to the Systems Manager and will work closely with all procurement, purchasing and materials management staff within CDD Services. The post holder will provide an effective and efficient procurement system and information service to all CDD Services stakeholders. The post holder will interact with a range of stakeholders across the consortium in performing their function in line Trust standards and industry best practice. The post holder must have an understanding of the stakeholder organisations SFIs and associated polices. The post holder will attend stakeholders meetings to support the effective delivery of the service. The post holder will have a working knowledge of electronic purchasing systems and the ability to actively manage their workload within such systems. Participates in audits and information requested (including FOI) relating to purchasing activity within CDD Services.
