Year 3 Teacher Location: Selly Oak, Birmingham Salary: £162-£223 Contract Type: Part-time (Tuesday and Wednesdays). Monarch Education are seeking a dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join a thriving primary school in Birmingham, Selly Oak. This part time role requires the teacher to take on full responsibility for a year 3 class, planning, delivering lessons and assessing pupil's progress. Key responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons to year 3 students. Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment. Asses and track student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians. Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure the best outcomes for students. Plan and prepare lessons in line with the school curriculum. Participate in school meetings and professional development opportunities as required. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) MUST understand the UK National Curriculum. Previous experience teaching in primary education (Year 3 experience is preferred but not essential). Strong classroom management skills. Enhanced DBS on the up-to-date service or willing to get one.
