We are seeking a highly organised and capable individual to join our dynamic team as a Purchase Ledger Assistant.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our Purchase Ledger team, reporting directly to our Group Accountant in this key role.
Jones Bros is a leading organisation with over 60 years of experience, employing over 300 people across various site teams delivering quality civil engineering services.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, a confident attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Purchase Ledger team in maintaining accurate financial records
* Process and reconcile invoices, ensuring timely payments
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues
Requirements:
* Degree in Accounting or related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a high-pressure environment
* A minimum salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience
