Area Sales Manager required for one of the premier HVAC and renewables companies in the UK. Covering the Newcastle, Sunderland and Middlesbrough area, basic to £54K, commission to £15K.

THE ROLE
As an Area Sales Manager, you'll be calling on M&E Consultants and M&E Contractors to specify the product, including heat pumps, and follow up the order to close the deal. The split between consultants and contractors would be around 50/50. Equally, you'll have the opportunity to value engineer projects and break specification with some new additions in their product range. You'll be involved in CPD's to consultants and also site surveys with contractors.
THE PERSON
A successful background in domestic or commercial renewables or heating sales. The ability or experience of technical specification sales. You don't have to have called on consultants before, but you must be able to present and clearly articulate the features and benefits of their product range to a technical audience.
THE PACKAGE
Basic to £54K depending on experience. Bonus/Commission £15K p.a. Company car or opt out. Pension. 25 days holiday.
THE LOCATION
You'll be covering Newcastle upon Tyne, Durham, Darlington, Middlesbrough, Morpeth, Stockton on Tees, Sunderland.
