Prokura is a leading young consultancy company within Procurement and Supply Chain Management located in Denmark, Norway, Germany, and UK. We are approximately 100 consultants that are experts in these areas. Our projects range from strategy to direct optimization including procurement organization setup, category optimization and fast-impact bottom-line support (RAPID). What You’ll Do
1. Act as a trusted advisor, applying different approaches and influencing techniques to maximize outcome from workstream stakeholders.
2. Take full responsibility for own workstream, scoping tasks, managing stakeholder relationships and delivering client presentations.
3. Combine strong analytical and communication skills with strategic awareness of issues on workstream and across wider project landscape to project leadership.
4. Efficiently manage client meetings, and lead problem-solving sessions with junior colleagues, constructively resolving conflict to find solutions.
5. Take ownership for advocating and promoting Prokura values and culture within projects and the wider office, including organizing events and acting as a buddy to new joiners.
6. Take ownership of personal development, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to build personal skills and brand.
7. Take responsibility for managing upwards and downwards feedback, and support colleagues in achieving their development goals.
Who you are
8. Excellent academic records within a master’s degree from a leading university
9. 2-3 years of work experience from a top tier or specialized consultancy with a procurement/supply chain focus
10. Excellent analytical skills, logical and structured thinking, creative in problem solving.
11. Ability to manage 1-2 Associate Consultants under a single work stream.
12. Great personal and interpersonal attributes (e.g., results-oriented and a performance-oriented work style, creativity, entrepreneurial qualities)
13. Ambitious, motivated, high-energy personality with a collaborative working style
14. Excellent user of Excel and PowerPoint
15. Excellent communication skills
16. Fluent in English language – both written and oral – additional languages nice to have
