Job Description Frasers Group is seeking a dynamic, innovative, and tech-savvy Digital Learning Coordinator to support the operational and technical aspects of our digital offering within Learning and Development (L&D) team. As the Digital Learning Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for the creation and execution of digital learning initiatives and solutions that empower our people with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their roles. As well as be responsible for the management, maintenance, and optimisation of our Learning Experience Platform (LXP). “Evolving the digital learning experience at Frasers Group is crucial to our People strategy, we've invested in a new platform to support our growing employee population across the globe. Oversee the daily operations of the Learning Management System (LXP - THRIVE), ensuring optimal performance and user experience. Design and update engaging digital learning materials, including eLearning courses, video tutorials, and interactive modules. Act as the first point of contact for platform-related issues, providing timely support to employees, trainers, and managers. Configure and manage user accounts, permissions, groups, and training assignments. Generate and analyse reports on learning activity, progress, and system performance for stakeholders using Excel and Power BI. Collaborate with subject matter experts and departments to develop their digital solutions. Provide training to L&D colleagues and stakeholders on LMS functionalities.
