We have a huge team of anglers within the company that specialise in every single aspect of fishing from carp, coarse, fly, predator and sea fishing. Several FR’s are housed within GO Outdoors stores across the UK providing future career opportunities in the outdoor activities sector.
Role Overview:
Day-to-day you will be dealing with and advising our customers on our extensive range of Fishing products. You will be part of a highly motivated and enthusiastic team dedicated to providing excellent customer service and ensuring our customers receive the best possible shopping experience whilst in our store.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
* Engage customers following our service model.
* Support a culture of exceptional customer service and win customers for life by exceeding their expectations.
* Play your part in creating a safe and compliant operating environment for all colleagues and customers.
* Keep up to date with product knowledge training to pass on up to date information to customers to support their buying decisions.
* Follow processes and policies in line with expectations.
Skills/Experience/Knowledge preferred:
