The team: The team led by the Head of Health of Health Technologies delivers on thematic health challenges in digital health, diagnostics, and medical technologies. The team delivers the Innovate UK Flagship Biomedical Catalyst Programme. Job Purpose: The job will be within the team led by the Head of Health of Health Technologies which delivers on thematic health challenges in digital health, diagnostics, and medical technologies. The role-holder will work as part of a cross-platform team of Impact and Performance Managers tasked with ensuring the effective delivery of Project Monitoring processes. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Development and maintenance of strong relationships with primary stakeholders including Project Participants and Monitoring Officers Develop a strong understanding of your wider portfolio, undertaking trend analysis as appropriate and reporting regularly to relevant colleagues and ensuring consistency across the entire portfolio. Regularly researching and identifying potential success stories, coordinating the development of related communications and publicity with specialist teams Monitoring and, where required, providing timely reminders to ensure projects start and complete within the agreed criteria and timelines. Reporting of key programme metrics for internal and external stakeholders, providing portfolio analysis to colleagues within the organisation, considering and identifying trends and patterns in relevant portfolio data Contribute to and lead on aspects of evaluation and impact demonstration activities. Be present to support during times of conflict within projects, working with the Impact & Performance Executives to ensure that issues are caught early and dealt with expediently.
