Project Manager (Fire Sprinklers) Opportunity About our client My client is a leading provider of comprehensive fire protection solutions and they are looking for a Sprinkler Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of our fire sprinkler system projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire protection, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead a team to deliver projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities: Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather necessary project information. Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal fire protection codes and regulations. Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure high standards are maintained. Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring client satisfaction. Provide regular project updates and reports to clients. Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. The ideal candidate will be: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the fire protection industry. Proven track record of successfully managing fire sprinkler system projects from inception to completion. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
