My client based in Helmsley is searching for a strong and technically minded Administrator with previous experience in purchasing or a desire to develop their skill set in this field.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, sourcing a range of materials.
2. Procurement Processes: Oversee documentation, manage stock, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
3. Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, design, finance, and workshop teams to streamline project delivery.
4. Project Oversight: Organise and track project components to ensure they meet timelines and stay within budget constraints.
5. Health & Safety: Support health & safety protocols related to material procurement.
Working Hours
6. Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
7. Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM
