Your new company is one of the leading suppliers in their industry of crafted manufactured products in the UK. The Supply Chain and Customer Service team is undergoing a period of growth and is now looking for a Customer Service Administrator to enhance their customer journey.
Responsibilities:
* Providing quotations for customers, advising on parts and clarifying stock availability.
* Managing webchat regarding stock and any customer queries.
* Managing delivery schedules and liaising with production for lead-times.
* Reviewing stock levels to ensure accurate customer delivery planning, ensuring customer orders are up to date, scheduled, and maintained onto the SAP database.
To succeed, you will need to be customer-friendly and have a keen eye for detail. You should be passionate about your role and how it can make a real difference.
Qualifications:
* Experience in a busy modern manufacturing office environment is preferable, but experience in a busy customer service role with strong administrative skills in another industry is acceptable.
* Ability to work with multiple systems and calculate quotations.
* Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude.
