St John Fisher Catholic Voluntary Academy is seeking an ambitious, nurturing, and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant school community. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) setting.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the class teacher to support children with SEN in the classroom, during lessons, in continuous provision, and at lunchtime.
• Provide individual and small group support to help children achieve their full potential.
• Assist with classroom management and organization.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Previous experience working with young children, preferably in an educational setting, is preferred.
• A passion for working with children with SEN.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• A commitment to providing high-quality education and support.
