Looking after a range of accounts and working closely with the external sales team to drive growth in the UK market, this role has a full time office presence. The Role Look after a range of Existing Accounts Generating sales and identifying new business opportunities Manage and own the sales order process using ERP system, addressing queries, and ensuring smooth service delivery. Ensuring customer satisfaction and manage all customer communications The Candidate Experience dealing with Existing accounts Previous customer service experience / sales experience Comfortable with all aspects of the role- account management, customer service, and administration In Return?
