Title: Temporary CRM Data Quality & Validation Assistant
Salary: £24,784 annually based on 37.5 hours per week (fixed term salary worked out pro rata)

Fast-forward two decades and what started as a single, dedicated PA (who’s still with us today) looking after calls for a handful of local clients, is now a 1000-strong team working across continents from our state-of-the-art UK headquarters in Wrexham, and our US office in Atlanta.
The role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Temporary CRM Data Quality & Validation Assistant to support our team in enhancing the accuracy and integrity of our CRM data. This short-term role is ideal for someone who thrives in a focused, repetitive task environment and takes pride in delivering high quality, reliable work.
Key responsibilities:
* Conduct data validation and cleaning activities within the CRM system
* Update existing client records with vital reportable information to ensure data accuracy and completeness
* Identify and merge duplicate records to maintain a clean and consistent database
* Review, compare, and correct CRM entries for accuracy, consistency and completeness
* Maintain concentration during repetitive tasks and deliver accurate results under tight deadlines
* Proactively report progress on tasks without the need for prompting or supervision
* Seek out additional tasks or areas for improvement once current assignments are completed
* Collaborate with internal teams to understand data sources and requirements
* Follow established data quality processes and provide suggestions for improvements where appropriate
The person:
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to maintain focus during repetitive, routine tasks
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Self-starter with a proactive approach to completing and seeking out tasks
* Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
* Clear communicator with the ability to provide updates on progress without being asked
Desirable (not essential):
* Exposure to CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics)
* Experience in data cleansing, validation, or related administrative/data quality tasks
The package:
* Fixed term contract (roughly 3 months) working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
* 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (worked out pro rata)
