Job Advert: Customer Service Advisor - Monday to Friday (No Weekends)
Are you enthusiastic, positive, and customer-focused? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor!
About the Role
In this inbound customer service role, you will manage 150-200 calls daily, providing excellent support and building rapport with customers by:
* Resolving queries over the phone.
* Setting up payment plans.
* Up-selling products and services.
* Creating new customer accounts using Five9 phone system and their management program.
* Hours: Monday to Friday, with no weekend work. Hours are fixed and cannot be adjusted.
* Workwear: Smart/casual attire.
* Holiday: No leave permitted during the first three weeks of employment.

* Commitment to commuting to and from work, whether by driving or other means, as punctuality is essential.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
