Our client is seeking an a dministrator to play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth order management within their sales department. As a administrator, you will handle administrative tasks that are vital for the efficient functioning of the sales team. This includes processing customer orders, managing claims, and ensuring timely and accurate data entry. The company offer a competative benefits package and have the flexability of hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 from home. Key Responsibilities Create and process customer orders in the ERP system. Assign orders to the relevant Order Management Representatives. Record and process claims for shortages, overages, and other discrepancies in the ERP system. Liaise with the Accounts Department by forwarding completed claims for further action. Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all assigned tasks. Requirements Prior administrative or office experience (e.g., customer service, data entry, or office support). Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage but not essential. A background in customer service or team-oriented roles is beneficial but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Proficiency in written and verbal communication. A proactive approach and willingness to learn new systems and software. Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
